Stephan Curcio, founder of St. Nick’s Closet, is a Realtor® for Keller Williams Realty®, foster father of golden retrievers, and an individual that really wants to make a difference in the world. Throughout the years, Stephan has made it his point to help out those who need it the most. Since moving to Peachtree City from New York in 2001, Stephan has been involved in many charitable activities and organizations and has also headed multiple fundraising events; chairing events in Fayette County including: Holy Trinity Catholic Church’s “Season of Joy,” and Fayette County Board of Realtor’s “Noel November.” Through the years, Stephan has raised thousands of dollars for charities throughout Fayette and Coweta County.

- Since 2011 has rescued 80 dogs and cats from the local kill shelters, Helped get their proper medical attention, training and found their forever homes
- Was instrumental in placing an additional 55 dogs and cats in a rehoming program before they wound up in the kill shelter
- Volunteered his time as an auctioneer for over 6 different events in 2015 including Special Olympics
- Had his first annual tent sale which raised thousands of dollars that went to animal rescue
- Put together events like Evening of Lights for the last 7 years

- Helped distribute over 3000 lbs. of dog food to local shelters
- Helped with the annual Rescue Romp which has been ongoing for several years
- Helps trap and neuter feral cats (before releasing them again) as well as build shelters for them to keep them safe from the weather ailments

- Was awarded Volunteer of the Month for Golden Retriever Rescue
- St. Nicks gets donations about once a month. In addition he and feels he needs to give back, so he brings blankets and sweaters to the homeless
- The money raised from last year’s event went to Healing for Hero’s, Annimeals, Help spay and neuter, Bully ways, Shelter medical and of course St. Nicks
- Every year Stephan puts on 1-2 events of between 250-350 people to help other organizations raise money including the Fayette Senior Services, Help Spay and neuter Clinic and several others.
- Started the JC hardship fund to help seniors and disabled individuals with financial aid for their pets
- Started a Fund for medical attention for animals that arrive at the local shelter so they do not have to be put to sleep and can be adopted

When he is not working on all the charity events he actually works full time at Keller Williams, Realtors®s and was Previous companies , Realtors® 2013 Agent of the year, which included Highest Sales Volume and Most Closed Units in 2013.In 2015 Stephan felt a need to start a heartship fund to help Seniors and Disabled with the financial burden of keeping their pets healthy because he understands for most this is the reason they wake up in the morning and have no one else.
